Ingredients
Special oyster vinegar: Old-fashioned French red wine vinegar from Orléans, shallots from Brittany, natural flavouring. Contains sulphites.
Honey and Chardonnay mustard: Orléans mustard (vinegar, Loire Valley mustard seeds, water, Guérande salt, turmeric, natural flavourings, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium disulphite), Chardonnay white wine (8%), Gâtinais honey (2%).
Truffle mustard: Mustard (vinegar, mustard seeds from the Loire Valley, water, Guérande salt, turmeric, natural flavourings, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium disulphite), brown sugar, truffle 1.1% (Tuber Melanosporum), truffle juice, natural flavouring.
Trout rillettes with citrus vinegar: Trout (35%), smoked salmon, crème fraîche, egg, wheat flour, milk, butter, Martin-Pouret balsamic vinegar (sulphites), citrus vinegar cream (2%), lemon, orange, salt, chilli pepper.
